P1 had a wonderful morning making pancakes to celebrate Pancake Tuesday. They enjoyed helping Mrs Gallagher to weigh out the ingredients, mix them together and they even had a go at flipping the pancakes!! The best part was getting to eat some pancakes at the end. Well done everyone 👏
