As part of working with our Eco-Committee Primary 6 and 7 were working on reducing waste especially with regards to food. We used up some old/over ripe bananas today to make delicious banana bread! We visited all of the classrooms to let them have a taste- safe to say three loaves were ate in a flash!! Well done to all of P6and 7 who developed many skills this morning and to those who tried a new food.
