On Monday we welcomed baby Jarlath and Clare for our family visit for theme 5, which is 'sleep'. We also had a very special visitor- Angie- from Roots Of Empathy. We had a wonderful session together- we discussed lots of different temperament traits during this session. We also discussed different types of sleep: light sleep known as Rapid Eye Movement (REM): deep sleep known as Non Rapid Eye Movement (Non REM). We asked about Jarlath's sleep and his routine. We talked about our own sleep routines.
Jarlath-as always- was a wonderful tiny teacher!
